As the use of ridesharing services such as Uber and Lyft continues to soar, so does the requirement to address the shocking matter of sexual assault and violence toward both drivers and passengers. Whilst these platforms have enhanced transportation and provided convenience, they have also inadvertently created opportunities for possible criminals.
